What do you use to decontaminate a car?
Decontaminating your car is a key step in achieving a truly pristine finish. Begin by thoroughly washing your vehicle, following the essential pre-wash and contact wash steps. Once your car is clean, apply an iron fallout remover to the surface. As the product reacts with iron contaminants, you’ll notice a bright purple hue, signalling its effectiveness. Allow it to dwell for a few moments before rinsing off completely with a hose or pressure washer. For contaminants deeper in the paintwork you will need to use a clay bar along with a lubricant. Iron fallout remover alone wont be able to remove all contamination. This ensures a perfectly smooth and clean surface, ready for the next stages of detailing.
When should i use an Iron Fallout Remover on my car?
Iron Fallout Remover should be used during the decontamination stage of your car detailing routine. This powerful product effectively eliminates embedded contaminants from your vehicle’s surface, ensuring it is smooth and prepped for the next steps. By removing these impurities, you create the perfect foundation for polishing and applying waxes or sealants.
